For those from out of state or country, book your flights into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), which is a 30-40 minute drive from Park City, UT.

Transportation

Rental cars are located on-site at SLC Airport. Rideshares are also available from SLC Airport to Park City. If you want to stay in a rental home while in Park City, we suggest checking out private residences through Airbnb and VRBO in lower Deer Valley or near Main Street Park City. If you have a rental car, staying mid-Mountain near the Deer Valley Silver Lake Lodge will be more feasible.

Things to Do

Please refer to the Home page for the attire for each event. Temperatures in Park City in September are expected to be in the low 60s to mid 70s during the day, and in the high 40s to low 60s at night. We encourage guests to bring a light jacket for the evening, though all events will have an indoor, covered space. Mountain Western Cocktail is dressy, cocktail attire. For ladies, please wear a cocktail dress (or similar dressy attire) and for gentlemen, please wear a jacket or sport coat (no tie needed and jeans are fine). Cowboy hats and boots are highly recommended. Black Tie is formal attire. For ladies, please wear a long dress and for gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie or tux.

How do I get around Park City?

The main mode of transportation around Park City is walking or car/shuttle. Most everything in lower Deer Valley and around Main Street Park City is a five-minute car ride or 15 minute walk away! Please refer to the Getting There page for more information.

Do I need to make lunch or dinner reservations?

We recommend making dinner reservations if you arrive in town early and for any other night that you will not be attending wedding festivities. You do not need reservations for lunch. Please refer to the Things to Do page for dining suggestions.

Do I need to bring my ID to all wedding events?

Yes! Don't forget your ID if you plan to have a drink. Due to recent changes in Utah liquor laws, to be served alcohol, regardless of your age, you must have ID present (drivers license, military ID or passport).

Are children welcome at the wedding?

You are more than welcome to bring your children to Park City, however, all of the wedding events are adults only. If you need babysitting services, please reach out directly to us for recommendations.
